About Sorted and Calm
Hi! I’m Lauren. I started my professional organising business after working in people’s homes in various roles for over 15 years. Working in these settings, I have seen first-hand how clutter and having too much “stuff” can affect people’s lives, spare time and overall health. Since starting my own family, I have also seen this personally as our house started to feel overrun with toys, equipment for hobbies, paperwork, piles of laundry and all those other items that seem to be a part of everyday family life.

Having worked in the community services industry for many years, I have a compassionate, confidential, judgement-free approach and work with people as individuals to help determine what works best for them. Decluttering can be an emotional process and there isn’t a one-size-fits-all method. I provide gentle encouragement and support to help navigate through the emotional obstacles that can be holding people back from reducing the buildup of items in their homes.
I have a strong focus on developing easy to manage systems that everyone in the home can follow and I am able to rearrange and utilise existing storage and spaces you already have so it is easier to find things when you need them.
I can also assist with donations to local charities and recycling programs and can provide advice on safely using platforms such as Gumtree, as I have a strong focus on sustainability and responsible waste disposal.
Send me a message and let’s chat about getting your space back, so you can feel Sorted and Calm and love being in your home again!
